summertime

A broken laptop has meant an enforced break from the online world. It’s been quite peaceful, in a strange way. I hadn’t realised to what extent my fondness for Twitter and Facebook fed my news addiction. Right now I have no idea what’s going on in the world.

And I can’t upload photographs, either. So here I am on my phone, saying hello to my neglected blog and hoping that you are having a lovely summer.

  • Awww, beautiful summer-time pics and I think I could do with a ‘forced’ break from time to time too ;) Enjoy!

  • I love it when I am forced to be offline, it really puts into perspective how much we rely on these awful computer things! My husband gets positively twitchy when there is so wifi, but then he is a journalist so is properly addicted to news feeds! You take lovely photos on your camera.

  • I’ve missed these posts so glad you’ve been able to pop back. I’m OK & hope you are not too busy packing & stuff to miss the weather!

  • Harro! Lovely pics and more lovely to hear it’s been peaceful. Not on hols for a couple of weeks so yet to feel like Summer is really here. Weather over the last few days has helped, though.
